Credit Coach
Credit Coach is an option designed for individuals who don’t
really need repair, but are not getting their credit to move to
their desired score or to make sure that clients maintain a score
during the stress of a major purchase or refinance.
Many Credit Coach clients are those
working with real estate agents trying to find a home after the
pre-approval stage. Credit Coach consists of a
detailed interview and analysis of your credit report. We
will then educate and counsel the specifics of the scoring
system as they apply to your credit profile.
We help clients understand the
relationship of their financial decisions and how it will affect
their score. We have three points of contact spread out over
thirty days to try to help you retain all of the information
provided. The Credit Coach program is only $125 and is
charged at application date as no repair is being provided.
Budget
Coach
Budget Coach is a program designed to help those individuals who
have that most frustrating of problems, having more month at the
end of their money than money at the end of their month.
This program consists of
going through the entire monthly income compared to monthly
spending of the client. We will then custom design a budget
allowing clients to ensure that enough money is being saved to
make ends meet.
We will also consult with
clients on making tough decisions about their spending habits.
So many Americans lack the discipline or awareness to become
financially solvent. This program encourages clients to
develop not just logical cash flow but also demands clients to
create a “hazard reserve account”, because everyone is going
to have a rainy day.
